Early Childhood Educator:  4-year-old group

Carlene is an Early Childhood Educator for our 4 year old program.  Carlene joined Civic in 2009 and has worked extensively across both the 3 and 4 year old programs.  She holds a Certificate III in Children’s Services and a Certificate in Disability Services.

Carlene has been key in introducing gardening and indigenous culture into our programs.

Carlene has two children and three grandchildren with whom she enjoys spending time.  She also enjoys reading and traveling with her partner and has spent 10 years living overseas.
